So I wanted to use the internal mic on a Dell D620 under Ubuntustudio 8.10 so I could record intros to the songs I put up to play on kaoradio but it refused to record.I remember having trouble with the internal mic on earlier ubuntu versions too...but somehow I made it work and as it usually happens...
