To be able to use keyboard shortcuts (ctrl + c , ctrl + v) when your keyboard layout is in another language than english ,
1. Go to KControl -> Regional & Accessibility -> Keyboard Layout .
2. Select the other language layout (in the photo above Greek)
3. Check the checkbox that says Include latin layout and press the Apply button.
